Julie Sutton is a very professional practitioner. She always explains exactly what is to be done and encourages the patient to give their input. Nothing is hurried and as a patient I feel very comfortable. The surgery is clean and everyone is cheerful. There is a lot of laughter in the practice. No hesitation in recommending this dental surgery at all.

Massively disappointing. I spoke with this surgeries reception at the beginning of October 2020 for a dentist appointment due to pain in my tooth. I was initially said I'd be seen within 2 days and to expect a call back. No call back was received. After further calls I was eventually prescribed antibiotics for no apparent reason and told I would be contacted in December for an appointment as they were now suddenly fully booked. Again I heard nothing back. When I did call them in early January I was now told to contact other dentists to see if they could offer me an appointment! 3 months completely wasted. If they couldn’t offer me an appointment why say they could? Very uncaring, irresponsible and unprofessional.

I got some instant veneers with Dr Jamie Nelson was amazing he was so nice as I was very nervous and he was explaining what he was doing to calm my nerves, I would only go and see Dr Jamie Nelson , and it’s totally changed my smile and life as I feel more confident I’m so happy with them!! Thank you to the whole team at G&S, the customer care was amazing I couldn’t fault it , I would recommend anyone to go to G&S Dental practice.
