It seems that one has to leave at least one star to make a review otherwise it would have been zero. We went to this firm originally after being referred to them by a previous customer of theirs nearby, we were looking for a traditional hardwood front door. We were told this would be around eight weeks in total and we agreed that this would be ok with us. 10 weeks passed and they had not contacted us so we went there for a third time to enquire. Fifteen weeks later still no contact. And now over 20 weeks later still none. This is, ostensibly, a good old school joinery firm producing good quality products its just such a shame that my face didn’t seem to fit their customer profiles.
