Very overpriced and the food had almost no filling. We paid over £20 for a tiny, instant hot chocolate, a weak coffee and two rolls with next to no filling. We will not be coming back again

We are so frustrated we would like to request a refund. As a coffee shop owner myself it is rare I leave a review as I understand the detrimental effect it can have on a business, but we feel like we were robbed. I'm not sure how this coffee shop is still in business or maintains custom. We paid twenty two pounds for two drinks and two bagels! If they were of high quality, we would have taken the hit. But the bagels which cost an extortionate £7.50 had barely any ingredients. They put the attractive ones in front then serve you the partially filled ones from the back. My boyfriend's hot chocolate that cost £3.70 was the size of my flat white which I believe was a 6oz, and it was of poor quality and luke warm! And neither drink was filled to the top! I'm not sure how this business justifies their prices!

I go to this place for a coffee quite often. I loved their bread and bakery stuff. But today I was in a bit if a shock to see 2 guys working in the kitchen without gloves. Saw them making sandwiches and touching every bit of food with their bare hands..is it just me or this doesn't comply with food safety regulations ? Although everything in the shop looks so yummy it really put me off to eat in there. Last week my friend ordered coffee with oat milk but milk wasn't fresh not by look not by taste. Barista made another cup with same milk, so my friend complained again as milk freshness was the problem, but lady said this is how it should be.
