What a surgery this is. It’s an absolute joke.!Then they have the cheek to put a big sign outside taking more patients on. Look after the sick patients you have already. 8 weeks for an appointment JOKE!!! The surgery needs closing down & let another practice take over. Shame on you Gale farm surgery. Your service is dire.

Dreadful. My usual, supportive, doctors have both left. Have to wait at least 45 minutes on the phone, so forced to use an (adequate) online booking system. However, it then takes days to hear back, and only then by text. Been waiting since Christmas (4 months now) for a consultation regarding uncomfortable digestive symptoms, and had to self-diagnose and treat online, (rightly or wrongly.) Unless it’s life threatening, it seems you will only ever receive telephone contact. When I felt a lump in my throat, was asked to photograph it. Impossible! Never heard back when I stated this. My family and I do not feel adequately supported by this surgery at all, and it would seem that many other reviews agree. I hope they will listen to their patients, and start to improve things drastically.

Can't get in touch with the surgery, go into reception who tell you to go online and the online service is never open no matter what time of day I try! Always end up seeing a different doctor and having to start from the beginning of treatment over and over again... Having to re-explain myself due to lack of note taking. Multiple blood tests where they didn't test for what the doctor said. Always having to fight for my prescriptions which are repeat prescriptions but can't get them!

Tried booking an urgent appointment for help with a skin condition I’ve had for four years and I’m told a routine appointment would work better for the GP, and there’s an 8-week wait for that. COVID backlog, apparently.

The gp in general from going there in person has always been welcoming and respectful. However after COVID and the aftermath of it. The GP has gone downhill with appointments over the phone and apperantly I was told I would be waiting five working days for an appointment to be made available even though that's a problem due to working every nearly six five days a week barely time to drop everything and go and it's more bleak and difficult to get referred to a midwife by them now too ..Overall needs a slight improvement.

When I have been treated by the clinical staff they have all been great and made me feel at ease, the problem is trying to get an appointment! 3 days in a row I've been on hold for over an hour and no one has picked up the phone; it is physically impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and using the online system isn't much better. I requested an appointment for my 6 year old 4 weeks ago and still haven't been seen, after going in today to see why I hadn't heard anything they told me it could be another 3 weeks before she gets an appointment. It's really scary being unable to speak to anyone; especially struggling with mental health and needing things to feel simple.

Cannot fault the place really on a whole, always been polite weather on phone or in person and that's why I've give 5 stars.....update from last review, after my wife visited the triage nurse yesterday with my son I'm disgusted with the way she/he were spoke to and I'm currently waiting (30mins up to now on phone) to get through to make a complaint, your staff member was rude beyond words and totally out of order...the 5 star would have stayed as the majority of staff are professional but after yesterday 1 member of staff has let the practice down
