I initially posted my job on Checkatrade and Roberto was kind enough to call and discuss in more details what I was looking for. He was able to come the next day to get a proper understanding of the job at hand and was able to send me over a quote. We had a number of quotes but Roberto came across most professional and knew exactly what it was he was taking about. The job was delayed by a week due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control but I was kept in the loop and the job started the week after. Rob and his team were super punctual and extremely professional from start to end. Rob was happy to stay late if it was convenient for me and also after the job was completed he still came back to make sure everything was still ok and wanted to confirm I had no other issues. Overall it was a great experience having the team in to do the works and I for one am extremely grateful. After 2 months of no heating I now have a house that warms up in a matter of minutes. GasGo replaced my current boiler with a brand new Vaillant unit and moved the boiler from it's original location to the garage. During the works we needed the gas board to replace some gas pipes in the road, GasGo ensured everything was being done correctly and even advised the gas board on what should be done. They stayed late on multiple occasions to ensure things were correct and that we were up and running asap. GasGo right from the start have been very professional, they took the time to explain the work in detail, how they would get it done, they highlighted any items that we should have been aware of and were very happy to answer any questions we had. GasGo showed a great deal of knowledge and experience they completed the works quicky and efficiently ensuring they were mindful of our home and left everything nice and tidy. After trying 4 plumbing engineers, GasGo Heating was the only one who came over the same day to trace and stop a water leak that that was causing a lot of damage. Decided to use them to also replace my stuttering 20 yr old boiler, new shower unit and replace bath taps. Quality professional service, would happily recommend this company to family or friends
