    A company with very bad customer support and the rep that I dealt with has absolutely no idea of customer service. I even spoke to his manager who said she would call me back. This call back never materialised and even worse, when I called to speak to her again (three times), I was told she was "on lunch" and would call me back - nope, it didn't happen. After many years of being a customer, when I needed their support, they let me down in the worst way. Their rep couldn't deliver on what was promised and neither could the manager. I lost my business and asked the rep about sending stock back which he had twisted my arm into buying. For years they had a policy of taking stock back if it wasn't sold. Now all of a sudden when my business is closing and I will no longer be any use to them, they cannot take the stock back! It's not even a big amount - about £100 worth, but for someone who has lost their business and has no income, that £100 is a LOT! Would NOT deal with this company again! *** EDIT / ADDITION IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE *** You have replied 7 months after I posted the review and left no way of contacting you. Regardless, it was clear from your sales rep and their "manager" that they were not interested in helping out with the fact that they didn't bother calling me back. As I said, I tried contacting the manager several times at the head office and was told each time that she was on lunch and would call back. You sales reps have always said that they will take stock back if it is not sold and now when I needed to take them up on their offer of taking it back, they refused. That is dishonest at best. Yes, I wasn't "forced" to purchase as you said, however, I was assured it would be taken back if it didn't work and as a matter of fact, I was "forced" to order over £100 of stock- despite for years of ordering from you, there was no minimum order amount, which again, all of a sudden popped up!
