Gelato was until recently an outstanding service in terms of both quality and efficiency. I used them for hundreds of sales. Unfortunately, in the UK, they have now partnered with Evri (formerly Hermes) for deliveries. The result is that at least 10% of all orders are lost or destroyed in transit (with the usual Evri lies about road incidents, extreme weather, houses not existing etc). I strongly urge you not to use Gelato until they have partnered with a different courier.
