Had a neck and shoulder massage with head also was a lovely calm relaxing experience. My mum also had a deep tissue massage which she throughly enjoyed and even helped her shoulder which had been giving her some pain.thank u ladies

I took off the make up as soon as I got home. I wouldn’t recommend using this for makeup unless you’re white. I’m mixed and I felt there was a struggle matching the foundation and blush. They only used foundation on my face and it felt very caked. No setting powder or anything. The artist uses a picture for inspiration and said the colour for the blush was the same as the picture even though we have two different skin colours and the blush did not match mine at all. The lash glue they use burned my eyes, it’s so strong smelling also. I have sensitive eyes so they watered a bit and I felt like it was my fault when I asked for the eyeshadow to be blended a bit more due to it smudging. Friendly service yes, but I think a bit more training is needed. Service: Makeup services

Used to be a frequent customer getting lashes as they do them very well, however, I had terrible experience with a a fairly new staff member, Valmira, spoke back to me very aggressively each time I had her. I didn’t know what her problem was but It definitely ruined my experience each time!

Disappointed by mine and my daughters last appointments. I can only assume it was because the owner was not there that day as I had not had this experience there before. My appointment was for 9.30 and I was waiting outside until they turned up at 950 and made no apology. Just seemed as though the two women there could not be bothered. Not the best lashes I’ve had done. In the past I’ve had them done there much better. My daughter also turned up for her appointment the same day and was made to wait. They tried to tell her she had the wrong time and was early too. She ended up with very sore bloodshot eyes from the lash remover solution which lasted several days and had to be treated with eye drops. Sadly will not return there again, the staff that day seemed not to care less and were obviously taking advantage of the owner not being there.
