I went to this dentist threw 111. The dentist I saw was lovely and so helpful and not judgemental at all. She told me go ring when I go home to book an appointment for week after and also provided my nhs number to be referred to hospital for my wisdom teeth. Now on the way there I thought I was going to be late as traffic was horrible I spent 25 mins on hold with them but when I walked on there was 6 receptionist sat in the front laughing a giggling. There was 4 people that could of helped sign me on but I had to wait for someone who was actually doing there job to finishing and get me signed in. Ever since then iv been ringing and been waiting over a hour each time for someone to answer. How am I meant to be referred to hospital or have any treatment done if they never answer the phone. Think I will be ringing 111 again. So disappointed because the dentist who I saw was lovely.

Looks like a pretty decent dentist but don't come here for a 111 emergency appointment. It's a waste of time and money. Literally seen me for 5 mins and said everything's fine, when it clearly isn't. They purposely avoid resolving the issue so they can get you out the door and get paid. They make you pay before because they know there will be a fuss if you pay after. Waste of time and quite disappointing.

What a whirlwind these last few months have been.. First I broke a front crown, with all hope of having a permanent gap, On making an apt to see Risha, she made me feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair, after a long discussion, it was decided that the option open to me was a dental bridge. After a few visits, that I did look forward to, today was fitting day, and WOW I've got my smile back, I was so happy I cried, tears of joy, the service I got was first class, would definitely recommend Risha and her team, very professional and understanding. Thank you SO much.

My nerves were settled instantly with Ellie on reception and then Anita the dentist kept a smile on my face throughout the appointment!
