Horrible service and a terrible experience with this company. They refuse to disclose WHY you may have failed an exam, literally zero explanation, they run a broken online exam system where you have to install a third party plugin which even pops up as a virus from my anti-virus security system so just in that, dodgy. They also tell you that any issues you have with this third party app is an automatic FAIL so if you have any sort of computer problem you will be failed essentially. They REFUSE to give you your money back. AVOID at all costs, take up your course with someone else.

Why did the course and I found it I don’t support people with learning disabilities. I’m now on my fifth attempt to try and pass to get my license renewed. They do not support anybody with disabilities. I’m in the process of taking us to small claims court to get my money back.

Before you consider throwing over £300 down the drain here’s what they’ve done to me. Firstly the trainer told me I had to leave the course before it started as a module of my E learning was incomplete despite the fact I have screenshots of their app saying all my tasks were complete, their website portal saying I had completed the E learning and the downloadable certificates for the E learning. They then told me I could not have a refund and wouldn’t let me prove I had met the requirements despite trying to send them the screenshots, they were only interested in making me pay the £150 rebooking charge, they then told me “all courses are non refundable” so the section on the website saying they offer refunds if you’re not satisfied is false advertising which is a crime and so is their treatment of customers.
