Absolutely disgraceful this company! I was appointed a solicitor to deal with my criminal case from somthing that happened 8 years ago when I was just a young child. I’m a reformed person with two small babies and I need the best help I can get, to help me & keep out of a Spanish prison and keep me with my babies! I paid a lot of money to only ever get emails from an assistant! I’ve never ever ever spoke to my solicitor! I then get a call “first call I’ve ever had” to ask if I can pay another 7000€ which I agreed to pay as long as I can talk to my solicitor on the phone, the assistant then inform me he’s on holiday and I cannot talk to him till next week “which my trial starts 15th march 2023” i was waiting for my requested call 7th march 2023 which I didn’t get! On march 8th I get an email saying they resign from being my representation! This is 7 days before my trail! Adding to this I was informed by my solicitors assistant that I could not do a video link and that I must attend court in person, I emailed Courts asking if this is the truth and to see if I can do a video link. The court then inform me that I can! Now why would my solicitor tell me I couldn’t. This is basic information. I now believe that because I’m doing a video link, they don’t want to represent me because they will get paid less. I understand I owe money for the work they have done, which I have never refused to pay, the only reason I didn’t pay when requested is because I need to talk to my solicitor. Do not go with this company.

Started poorly. Initially we were given incorrect information and the service was slow and completely unprofessional and cost a lot of money getting documents that were not used. A year later of no or little response we were fortunate to have Coral Novalvos Delgado take over our case . What a spectacular difference. Calls and emails were answered, information provided timeously. Coral and Laia have been professional, knowledgeable as well as kind and understanding. It is only through their hard work that we will remain clients of Giambrone and partners in the future.

I enquired to apply for an Italian passport end of October 2021, my parents are both Italian and still alive, easy you might think...wrong. I paid the initial fee of around £700 to be told my birth wasn't registered in Italy, I already told them I was born in UK of Italian parents and not registered in Italy. I felt that I was passed from pillar to post to different people having to explain the same thing over again and had to keep begging for updates. I even had a chat face to face at their stall in the Place in the Sun roadshow exhibition in May 2022..they made me feel hopeful, but no follow up.(no surprise) Eventually I was palmed off to Elze in Sicily who was confident, following a phone call in Aug 2022, that she would be able to help with an appointment at the Italian consulate in UK...then nothing. Since then I've had no help, no updates and it's now January 2023. I feel as though I've been scammed out of money I can't afford to waste. Such a shame, as they appear nice & polite...communication is terrible.
