Untrustworthy - do NOT shop online with this company. Advertised a product, took payment ...... then weeks later said can't ship for that price - they'd made an advertising mistake ?? and it's £ 200 more now !!!! Dodgy have reported them to trading standards. Don't waste your time and money - plenty more people out there selling the same product for same / similar pricing. Don't try and dismiss my review as untrue - Adam Scott is well aware of the entire situation.

Jamie and the team were fantastic from start to finish; brilliant advice; a great choice of bathroom suites and accessories; highly professional and prices to suit every pocket. Jamie gave us really sound advice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Each and every member of the team were friendly and went out of their way to make our experience with them very pleasant. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jamie and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the quality of the merchandise and service we received.

Fantastic customer service and attention to detail professional and friendly greeted with a smile and asked how can they help on entering.. I needed new rollers for my shower door as my current ones had broke the guy explained to me about the universal fit rollers and showed me the product and provided me with a fair and competitive price he explained the site to visit that shows how to fit them however when I got home it was so simple I didn’t need to watch it this product has done the job perfectly and only took 10 minutes to change out. If I ever have any bathroom related issues in the future I 100 per cent know where I’m comeback to thanks again for looking after me in store and knowing your stuff

I ordered a kitchen tap online which unfortunately was out of stock. However, Adam emailed me right away apologising that the tap was out of stock. He emailed me an alternative tap which I loved and also offered me a substantial discount on the new tap to make up for the initial inconvenience.
