I only rage on these reviews when I feel its justified. Rich is an absolute waste of time! I was giving away a free washing machine to scrap as there was an issue with it. People had messaged me saying they'd take it the next day however Rich messaged me saying he wanted it for spares and at 6pm on the same day he said he would be over in 45 minutes. I waited in all evening and had to message him asking if he was definitely coming over which he said yes to. 11pm I get a message saying he "fell asleep". If this is how you run your business then I suggest you have a real good think how you treat people. No apology. Just "I fell asleep". Well enjoy your 1 star buddy. You deserve it. My broken washing machine will be smashed up, go get it from the tip
