It's a bit suspicious that every single review is five stars, don't really understand this. On the plus side, it's centrally located and convenient to pop in; but their generic 'Swiss' + other products are very hit-and-miss, often not great quality. It's best to stick with suppliers that stock high-quality Swiss products.

As I'm just getting into watch making I had a few questions about my prospective order. I spoke to them on the phone beforehand and they were extremely helpful including giving me some advice. I received my delivery within 24 hours of ordering and it feels much more reassuring buying components and tools from somewhere you can actually speak with someone - bonus that they're a family run business. Wish I'd found them sooner, highly recommended.
