Absolutely useless. Contacted them early spring and i ahd to chase them all.the time coz i didnt get answer. If they don't get commission after a course you choose, don't have any expectations. They won't do any job but they won't let you know either. I missed my intake because of that and I have been told over the phone by a lady that it's because they don't get commission for my course so they don't bother that much. Said that a week before I supposed to start my study and I had to call the Uni myself to ask about my unconditional offer which is been now deferred to Jan unfortunately
