Very unprofessional and unskilled people in the staff. They don’t listen, they don’t help. They make faults in applications, change courses according to their needs and then don’t even update it with student finance. Keep giving excuses to students that things are done and don’t bother to do anything. Don’t listen/help at the campus ask to email them and then don’t answer the emails.
