Used GTM to book 2 hotels for honeymoon in Singapore and Sydney. Had extensive conversations with Duncan about our needs, alternatives and best solutions. Settled on the Ritz-Carlton Millenia and Shangri La Sydney. Duncan was always on hand to chase up better deals, haggle prcies down when hotel lowered them, and coupled with Virtuoso (etc) benefits, is very difficult to beat. Very happy to recommend.
