Incredibly disappointing service. Dropped of two sets of miniatures to have jubilee medal added to both. Four months later I was requested to collect & on collection the staff denied all knowledge of the second set. No effort made to find or even acknowledge that a second set was ever dropped off. Really would not recommend, the place is completely unorganised it’s no wonder they can’t find anything.

I wanted a specially designed suit for my wedding. I wasn't completely sure how it should look. Only that it was inspired by a Swedish folk look, but I wanted it to be more stylish. I talked to several "tailors" in and around Oxford. They all said: "No, I can't do that - by I can make something else..." Finally I got in touch with Donald Riding (found Glover and Riding on internet) and paid him a visit. This was clearly a bit further away from Oxford, but certainly worth the trip. Donald immediately said: "This is exciting.." and came up with several ideas. He started to sketch. We looked at fabrics. Step by step the idea developed to something concrete. Donald found solutions to all my hunches. It ended up with a very special, unique, very stylish suit. The whole process was fun and stimulating. Donald was inspiring and engaged. The whole thing a really great experience. I can't but recommend Glover and Riding - they can do anything, and it's fun while they do it. Outstanding!! T Waerner, Oxford.
