Let us down at the time the mini digger should have been delivered - 4pm on a friday, as the engine apparently wouldn't turn over following a service. This nearly completely scuppered us, but we managed to source one with another company at short notice, costing us a lot for the privilege. Surely check it runs prior, or learn how to jump start it, which the guy refused to do, or let me do. Utterly unimpressed with the poor attitude of the member of staff, and will avoid in future.

Hired a micro digger from here and accidentally scratched the side which was about a foot long. The company took £500 off me which was all of the deposit they had when I hired the digger. They told me they got a quote off the insurance for nearly £3000 which is ridiculous because I contacted JCB and they stated it wouldn’t cost even £500 to repair. For a company that hires plant equipment they need to expect minor marks this is just another money scheme from a company that most likely won’t even repair the scratch. Service: Landscaping
