I asked GNR to inspect the roofs in our home, which is a collection of 19thC converted agricultural buildings that had been completed about 4 years ago. The problem was that the original architect and their contractor for the project had recommended that the original old tiles could be safely reused and that they would last for many more years. This was untrue; we found the first leak about 6 months ago and needed professional advice. GNR closely inspected all the roofs and found that there were many problems; the old tiles were not capable of being re-laid and there were many gaps, letting in water, leaf debris and insects. I employed them to reroof the entire property with the hand-made tiles that were recommended by the local conservation officer. The work was done expertly and expeditiously - and to a very high standard, even with all the original leadwork now replaced.
