GOD awful customer service and a shambles of a so-called distillery. I did not hesitate to buy from them, after seeing them on the Hairy Bikers, so I thought they must have a good reputation. How wrong was I. I never actually received the rum. I made a partial payment in February this year to reserve a bottle, then I paid the remaining amount in July, then I was informed that my rum would arrived within the first 2 weeks of August. It never came. I've been chasing them up since and my emails are now being ignored. I've tried contacting them on Facebook and I've heard nothing on there either. Initially they said it would arrive 4 weeks after purchase, that had long past and they still hadn't requested the second half of the payment. I contacted them multiple times and got noting but lousy excuses for the delay, like their corks were delayed from Portugal. It didn't wash with me and I lost faith with them after that. Eventually they requested the second half of the payment 6 months later or so. I've been robbed of £44.36. I can't imagine that i'm the only victim of their scamming. STAY WELL CLEAR. you'll only be left thirsty.

After seeing the praise given by the hairy bikers I purchased a bottle in December 2021, it's now September 2022 and still no sign of my order, disappointed doesn't begin to express it, some Comms with promise's of delivery, but when it wasn't within the time frame given(it took 7+ months to get that), no further replys to emails It's a shame, that those running this company choose to let down all there customers and themselves this way

Would prefer to give NO STARS!!! I ordered the little creations gift set on 15th August 2022 for my friends birthday and she still hasnt received anything. I have contacted the company via email, Facebook messenger and written a review on Facebook but had no response. I definitely would not recommend purchasing from this company. I feel like I've been scammed.

Very disappointing. There is no scent or taste of spice its more like a white vodka type spirt - its coloured like a dark rum but thats it. Was so looking forward to trying this rum after watching the distillers on the Hairy Bikers. I had to wait a quite a few weeks for my bottle after placing my order - it wasn't worth the wait. This tastes like a very young spirit that needs to mature and take on considerable flavour after the distillation process. I am normally a single malt person but was greatly influenced by the Bikers review. Sorry gents, I will not buying any more of your product if this is an example.
