My first time visiting the garage for a full service. Ben was very helpful and dealt with my booking by email and answered questions I had. I booked a loan car which made the whole experience totally hassle free. I got a call to advise me that my brakes were in good condition and did not require replacement (despite previously being advised by Ford they would need replacing). I really valued the friendly and honest service and my car was ready for collection in just a few hours. Thank you very much for a fantastic service at a highly competitive price.
