Fantastic jacket and even better customer service. I purchased my jacket initially because i liked the style, but also to support a British family run business. I am glad i did, mainly because their customer service has been excellent. A minor issue with the jacket was quickly rectified and the customer service from Joe has been brilliant. Visited this morning to try on various items ahead of my DAS course in the next couple of weeks. Absolute gents, lovely people to deal with and the products are second to none quality wise. Why can’t more companies be such a pleasure to shop with? No pressure to buy and no worries about trying anything on. Came away with a few small bits and look forward to returning for a jacket and gloves in a few weeks time.
