Everything went well at first and the person who showed us the flat was very nice.However, I left the flat almost two months ago and I haven’t received my deposit back yet, even though they said everything was fine. I sent them multiple emails and they never replied.

Goodwin Fish & Co Manchester UK The selling of my flat Wharf Close Alex and Sam bounced into my life in late December 2022 I instantly , on sight , saw the energy and charisma that Alex's personality displayed and that big smile from both Alex and Sam that set me at ease. And at no point has he let me down. He came in and instantly pointed out all the positivity in my flat , which i all ready felt. He filled me with confidence on the fact this was a man that knew how to sell my flat. Very professional people at all times. I have in the past met many an agent who treats selling just another job and come to your place not knowing a thing about it and do nothing to help sell it. That is not the way to sell a place. When you invite an agent round to view your place and to price . He must fill you with confidence. Christmas and New year was in the way so I consider my flat went up for sale on the 1st of January it was sold by the 3rd. All through this process Alex has been at hand supporting me, keeping me informed, asking am i happy etc etc. At no point was I not able to contact him at no point did he not take my call or answer my email. What more do you want!!!!!!! The only other Agent in the past that I admired was Ian Chatburn. It was him that recommended Alex. Thank you Ian, Alex and Sam. Hilary

3 years on and I've just sold another flat via Goodwin Fish. I've been in the property industry myself and I use them to manage and to sell my apartments. That says enough how I rate them. This time, Alex, Joshua, and Sam have done a great job again. Found a buyer for me real quick. Even had buyers fighting to bid up the price I initially listed for. Reasonable fees esp. considering this! Always prompt in replying. Definitely will use again and recommend. ========================================== (3 years ago)Ian was very efficient and attentive when I was selling my flat, making sure the communication between solicitors and both me and the buyer was smooth all the time and moving forward. It was a highly satisfactory selling experience.
