Attention all graduates do not join this company even if you are desperate for a job. Take your time and apply elsewhere as the salary here is a joke. Grayce graduates get paid below industry while they charge their client (Royal Mail, IBM, RSA ) youre on triple amount. Praying all grayce graduates realise how much of a scam especially during this tough financial time.

Grayce is a truly pathetic company that promises to teach,train and develop you into professional project analysts graduates. However, after just a few days joining the company, you are thrown into an interview with high profile clients for very complex roles where you have little to no experience, and when your lack of experience and unsuitability for the role inevitably shows, you are released by your client who claims “it will take too long to train you” and in less than 24 hours Grayce fires you. Grayce is a company that promises you heaven and earth, however, the moment they realise they can’t immediately gain revenue on you as a consultant, you will be let go on a call by Hr and your delivery manager will be mysteriously absent as he is off sick and on holiday for 2 weeks. Graduates please stay away or just like me you’ll be fired in under 3 weeks.
