I witnessed first hand thieves targeting 2 cars in this car park at 10.30am on a Saturday morning. I called the police who attended quickly but unfortunately the culprits managed to escape. Please find alternative parking if you are visiting Birmingham City Centre as this place is not safe.

Word of advice, if your visiting Birmingham MAKE sure you park somewhere secured with CCTV and AVOID this place like a plague! I came to Birmingham from Manchester to visit friends and family. Please tell me why my car’s headlights and mats were stolen in broad daylight in the city centre out of all places? 😂 Apparently it’s a big problem in the city with car parts getting stolen quite often. I never expected BIRM to be this rough

Unsafe carpark as there are no cameras - my sisters car parts were stolen in broad daylight - apparently thief's are targeting yaris cars so if you have one, think twice before parking here.

The car park was full when I arrived. It's very badly maintained with an 7neven surface and on a steep slope so would not ne easy for a person with mobility challenges. It also was quite expensive.
