A total scam! We orderded and paid online but never got a car. The staff would not let us have a car unless we paid for extra insurance (that was already covered by our credit cards and travel insurance). When we refused the extras, the staff became unfriendly and rude and refused to give us our car. Told us that my card didn´t get through and refused all other cards we have. We had to leave without the car we ordered and paid for, and have claimed the money back from Mastercard. Believe me, you don´t want to do any business with this people. I see Green Motion have answered below with totally false accusation against me personally with full name in the review. Nobody likes to be treated as bad as we did, but their accusations about bad behavior like shouting etc. is not true. Neither is that we could not pay. My Mastercard is a platinum card with high credit level, and I used the same card everywhere on the holiday in England. We also presented four other credit and debit cards to them. They would only accept other cards if we paid for extras up to 1400 pounds. Think for yourself: What kind of company answers reviews with false accusations towards their customers like this? Accusing people under full name of "bad behavior"? Like I said, you don´t want have anything to do with companies like this.

Much to long a delay to collect car(took around 1 hour from arrival to departure at the rentap station. Tank only had 1/4 gas in it. Car was filthy/dirty. I was so late for my next appointment i did not have time to argue about the dirty car. Aggressive attempts at upselling the package. Bus only seems to run every 30 minutes instead of the faster frequency of the car rental village. There were lots of employees. I really cant explain the pace or lack of readiness. We all seemed to have reservations, i dont know how they were not prepared. I also found some of the questions too personal. Like they are collecting data in order to exploit for further monet making. I have used Green motion before in other locations. There was something uniquly unsatisfying at thos particular station.
