I know people moan about this medical centre, but my husband and I have had no issues. Staff we have spoken to have been polite and helpful and we have always had our requests dealt with quickly.

This is the worst surgery I have experienced in my entire life. The surgery opens at 8am I got through and by 8:05 all appointments for the day have finished. I did e consult, and was given an appointment at a completely different surgery which I can’t make, and was told there is no availability for the next 2 weeks. If we have to call up at 8am to get an appointment, how is the availability already gone for the next 2 weeks?.

Useless!! I don't think I've seen my doctor personally in over a couple of years!!! Go to a pharmacy they say, I work in one and there's not much we can do!! It's so frustrating!!!!!!

This is mainly for the girls on reception. They are so nice, helpful and professional. I imagine they get alot of stick from people everyday.

Truly awful practice. A symptom of a broken NHS. Their systems actively discourage and frustrate and their staff are rude and dismissive. If there was a choice I'd go elsewhere but I'm stuck

Absolute horrid GP surgery. Ring up bang on 8am being first and the queue and told that there is no appointments left. When you finally do get through they tell you to use the E-consultant portal that also doesn’t have any appointments for weeks. Partner rang up and spoke to a nurse practitioner who was abhorrently rude and not at all very helpful and when finally spoke to a doctor about the results after the appointment got cancelled and rescheduled several times. The response my partner got to as why it might be that she has a vitamin D deficiency is ‘because you live in England’. A response that I find quite frankly absolutely disgusting and terrible reasoning from someone who is suppose to be a professional.

This Surgery and all of it colleagues are a absolute mess 😂 Me: *Has a sick 1 year old* Me: *calls up and gets through at 7:58am* Me: *is literally the second person to get through* Generic stuck up receptionist: "sOrRy We HaVe No ApPoInTmEnTs LeFt ToDaY" Seeing as the colleagues and obvious lack of management have not even a single clue of what they are doing I'll help. If you can't provide for the number of patients you have taken on then close your phone lines and your entire practice along with it. I couldn't recommend this surgery less if I tried. Don't waste your time here.

You can just as well not have a surgery. When you ring them up they never have a space even if your child is very ill. And then when you do get an appointment you hear the doctor say to the receptionist that it will need to go quick as he wants to go home

100% AVOID. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE WELFARE OF THEIR PATIENTS AT HEART. SHAME ON GREEN PORCH, WHO GIVE THE NHS A BAD NAME AND CONTRIBUTE TO ITS DEMISE. RUDIST RECEPTIONIST EVER! Offered an appointment in two weeks time for a chest infection. Even after I told them I had been referred by pharmacy after unsuccessful home treatment and I even used the eConsult form online and attached a picture to back up my ailment thinking it would help. All I need is antibiotics but have been told to use a community walk in service. Why would I need to do that when I am registered with a GP?!?!?! Based on the two bad experiences I’ve had over the last 9 months if could revoke my National Insurance contribution and pay into a private healthcare plan I would.
