As the guy below you cannot leave a review without giving a star ! Hence the one or there would be none . Atrocious service , never saw the same vet a total shambles organisation wise , not going into the full story for my 84 yr old mother they harassed her constantly for what the insurance company owed them when I finally got involved after her dog had been dead for 9 months I finally lost it and went in to give them what for finally they decided to ring the insurance company themselves and hey presto sorted within days . I at one point had the insurance company putting me on hold while they themselves rung the vets ! My own experience was no sedation given when it was paid for hence an hour later a call to pick my dog up as they thought he was going to have a heart attack he was so stressed ๐Ÿ˜ก on return appointment the week after to see if his heart had calmed down I was told yeah heโ€™s fine weโ€™ll try again next week to be informed not likely ! I feel they have badly gone downhill after the conveyer belt of vets started . We go direct to Wicstun Veterinary Hospital now 40:50 min journey worth their weight in gold !! The vet even comes out for your dog and no assistant in with them they do the work , donโ€™t be fooled into thinking you donโ€™t have a choice of where to go folks .

Very poor service when my dogs were ill before passing june 20 june 21I only gave 1 star because I had to. They were unprofessional and greedy when it came to medicines etc for my dogs, I was putting my insurance forms in to them and they was not sending them off and then had the indecency to send Me threatening letters about my account balance, saying they would put interest on my account if I did not pay by months end. When ur animals are sick and you have to keep phoning them about not doing there job properly, this simply will not do. The vets seem very greedy and money motivated no personal touch or care about you or your animals. If I ever get more animals I will not be taking them to greenwood and brown ever.

Generally pretty good. One receptionist could be a bit more friendly. A hello and a smile would be nice rather than just "Who you got?"
