HEAT PUMP REVIEW More realistic cost than some others, ~ £2k cheaper than some others. Not always the fastest to reply and sort things out, but OK. I am the landlord and haven't seen the heat pump but the tenant reported that they were professional and tidy in the installation. The heat pump has been quiet. We think the cost is similar or lower than gas, but we haven't done proper calculations. There was one issue on the first day but quickly resolved and since then has done well for its first winter, heating an old house with only slightly better than average insulation, and without needing to be on all the time. The unit inside the kitchen was a little larger than a gas boiler. According to our calculations will cut climate emissions by 70%-80%.

I would not use this company again. The guys who do the work are fine, although they did install our system incorrectly and it has taken them several goes to put it right, dispite diagnosing the problem they had to have 2 more visits and me chasing them to get the system fixed. I am now going to have my system independantly assesed to make sure it is fitted correctly. Service: Heating system installation

From the first phone call to Griffiths Air Conditioning we were very impressed with the friendly and quick response to our enquiry. The home survey by Ian gave great advice about the choice of units and how the installation would be carried out. Within a week the fitters arrived and after 8 hours, every thing was very professionally installed. Since the multi split air heat pump system has been installed, we have used the heating and cooling and it has all worked better than we could have hoped for. We are now waiting for the summer heat and being able to sit in the cool, Happy days. All the team that were involved were brilliant. A great company and would definitely recommend.
