I bought parts quoted the Reg incorrect parts were supplied I drove 1hour being a mobile mechanic started the job then realised wrong parts supplied called them up told 1of the salesperson he then said that was incorrect and the correct 1 was tgere at a much higher price I asked him why didn’t the person give me the correct part in the first place he said he couldn’t answer that I wasted Half a day with double cost which I won’t get back I am furious.Don’t use GSF Woodford the staff are not friendly they look like they are forced to work COMPARE PRICES WITH EURO FIRST THEN YOU WILL REALISE THAT GSF IS VERY VERY EXPENSIVE 1 no parking and 1 counter sales person 3 Very rude staff 😡Rather use Euro they are much cheaper and they have branches nationwide

Rude staff, that stay in the office instead of coming out to serve the customer. Sign on the window saying do not knock on window we can see you, but then ignore you when they do see you. Thought it was a 1 off when it happened yesterday and walked out, came back today and the same terrible service. Plenty of other options instead of using this store. Dont know if it's a widespread problem at GSF or just the Woodford store
