As soon as i walked into Eatons in Ilkley i was greeted with sincerity , Kindness and warmth by Chris . He listened carefully to what i wanted and arranged everything perfectly for me as well as organising {2 black Friesians} horse and carriage for mum to be taken to and from the church to Ashlands Cemetery. And it all happened in the snow ! He read a beautiful poem for me "The Ship " in All Saints Church . He organised the wake for me which was at the wheatley Arms in Ben Rhydding which produced a superb buffett. He organised the flowers to perfection , they were so fresh and lovely. Everyone commented what a lovely send off for my mum. Thank you Chris and H Eaton and sons for a perfect service. Andrea Bawden , Newquay . Cornwall.
