Have recently experienced my most enjoyable buying experience at H.R. Owen, Cheltenham. After a few telephone conversations Marcus made himself available when I was in town and suggested I spent half an hour driving the almost new Audi S5 which I was admiring. A deposit was paid and Marcus personally delivered the car to me in Surrey the following Saturday. It was as simple as that. He was pleased to spend time with me too in running through a few technical aspects of the vehicle. A great blend of professionalism and friendliness and of course the S5 was immaculately prepared and I love it! Thanks again Marcus.
