Absolutely awful experience. Rude customer service, and complete disregard towards the cars. Multiple parts of my car have been left damaged, and as a result are going to have to be replaced. I have attended this place on various occasions as the place I would usually go had to close. Over the period of the three months I went here I noticed multiple instances of damage. The first time I noted something wrong with my car, the fabric from my gear stick had been unclipped, but not put back. Thereafter, the trims within the car on both front seats were left thrown into the car, and snapped. One trim had even been thrown under the passenger seat at one point. When I later returned they did the same thing again, and befire leaving I asked to discuss the matter, and I asked politely they do not remove things that they cannot put back. However, this was ignored, and instead of talking civily with me as a customer the person began arguing, and calling over his fellows to back him up. Extremely confrontational attitude, and lack of customer service experience. They have very much deteriorated my car, and even after washing the car I noticed pieces of dirt smeared on my car that had not been there when I brought it in. Bear in mind I had brought it in for cleaning, not for them to make dirty. Also several water marks, finger prints and smeared dirt across my car, doors and boot. I am completely disgusted with this place and warn away anyone wishing to go here for any type of service. You'll end up spending more out of pocket to replace and fix the damage they do to your car than what it was you originally came in for. Complete disgrace of a company. These guys have very poor human relations with their customers and always take parts out of cars and do not properly fit them back in, sometimes breaking parts of the car's interior. I went there several times to have my car washed, and they kept breaking or not properly fixing interior parts of my car. I ended up paying £18.00 to replace an interior part of my drivers car chair which they broke. Customers, please be cautious! Services: Exhaust tip polishing, Seat shampooing, Wheel washing, Steam cleaning, Interior scenting, Auto detailing, Full body wash, Headlight polishing, Engine detailing, Clay bar treatment, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming
