    Once again it has been a amazing trip and experience to HGC Manchester, thanks to Dr Munir, Jeethu, lai, and connie. They have done a fabulous job of my top up. Before arriving the team stayed in touch for days. Rang me, text me, gave me directions and prompted my prep. Soon as I arrived the tram welcomed me, did wait around. Went into the meeting, had everything explained clearly. Through out the process they all checked up on me. DR Munir explained everything clearly. I got a after care sheet and email. This team cannot be flawed. I would highly recommend HGC, I have referred 5 people and all are very happy. I will continue to advise people to use HGC than go abroad as the after care is a big part.

    Traumatic and unprofessional, kept waiting around for the procedure, care on the day was poor, bickering staff, hard upsell at the end of the day when most vulnerable, still trying to con money out of you on check up visits, wish I had seen these reviews before I booked, some of these are almost word for word on my experience, the surgeon does very little it’s mainly young students who do the work.

    DO NOT USE! Their medical license needs to be removed ASAP! Severe Skin condition contracted via unclean and unsanitized hair clippers! Hard sales on PRP treatment by Dr Munir claiming more effective with higher priced PRP! Do not fall for this PRP scam! Overpriced when you can get PRP for £75! Surgery are not clinically to surgery standards or clinically cleaned. Just an office with attached cupboards. Hair transplant anesthetic injections are the worst pain you will experience in your life! they seek the cheapest solution for the the medical processes. Approx 100 injections in the head to numb, pints of blood loss. This should be under local anesthetic, but isn't because of cheap prices! I asked Dr Munir to call me because I had concerns. He then called me on the weekend and then manipulated by saying that he specially called me on the weekend, which he's doesn't normally do. It's his responsibility to look after his patients as clinical lead. He has zero interest in patient aftercare or safety. Photos of transplant sent via WhatsApp to aftercare medical team. Was told by non medical trained person that my head was looking fine. After I checked closely at the photos, my area was red, inflamed and infected even when taking doxycyclin! Zero aftercare, all they want is the money and the procedure completed. I had to make emergency GP on my own accord, with zero guidance or support. Will never use again!
