Everything i have experienced is all good. The only negative is the price of consultations and products is far too high. This service is more suited to people where money is no object for them. It is certainly not a service for people with average incomes. The advice and treatment given is good but comes at a hefty price.

I first contacted Sarah when I suffered diffused hair loss and alopecia (bald patches). Sarah's approach was from a holistic point of view. She looked at my physical, mental and emotional health and provided advice accordingly. Sarah was so professional and supportive during consultations and via emails. The blood tests she arranged highlighted some health issues my doctor and consultant missed. She is so knowledgeable on hair loss and general health surrounding it. From my research, I found Sarah had a wealth of qualifications and experience. She literally turned my life around. My hair, eyelashes and eyebrows have grown, bald patches covered and my overall health transformed. Making that first phone call to arrange a consultation was the best decision I ever made! I use the M & O's, Iron Complex, vitamin D and B 12. Due to gut problems I found the L-Glutamine life changing. All products are of the highest quality and work. I have had follow up bloods done and for the first time in years all my iron and vitamins are up at a healthy level, whereas with other products there was only a small difference. I am more than happy for Sarah to use my before and after photographs and I am happy to speak to potential clients. My husband literally made me make that original phone call to arrange an appointment and I am glad he did as I hesitated for nearly a year. I wish I had called sooner. I literally cannot praise her and her products enough. I should also mention her wonderful staff who have provided help via email and phone. Especially when I ran out of Minoxidil that Sarah prescribed and was amazed when it arrived the next day. I should mention I used Regaine that my consultant provided but after swapping to the Minoxidil that Sarah prescribed I noticed a difference in hair growth in a few weeks. Months later and the results were astonishing and it is much nicer to use.

I found her book 'How to keep your hair on- the ultimate guide' very enlightening and really useful, with advice on how to have healthy hair. It's thorough and focuses on lifestyle, diet as well as products. I have found that following the advice, as well as taking the M and O's anti-ageing food supplements has made a difference to the condition of my hair, making it thick and strong. I have also noticed an improvement in my general health and also my skin. I love the skin rejuvenating cream, which contains fragrant essential oils and I have also found the L-Glutamine supplement helps with digestion. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company!
