So I had a tyre fitted her a few months ago. When I went to get a service from a garage, they showed me the tyre had been fitted wrongly, the inside side of the tyre was outside. I took it back to the garage, didn’t argue or make a fuss, just requested they change it around. The guy who served me said it would cost me £25. When I pointed out it was to correct their own mistake he said it had been a few months and that he doesn’t write the rules. Also that I should have realised sooner. So essentially I shouldn’t trust his work! When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. I called Halfords customer service who were shocked and stated they weren’t aware of any £25 cost, where had he got that from! Absolutely shocking garage, don’t trust them at all!

Change my tyres and did Wheel Alignment at this garage!!! They did the worst job ever!!! I had to change front tyres again because they worn uneven!!!

5/5 service. I needed a check on my brake pads/discs in poor weather conditions and these were replaced same day in record time! I called around other places and was quoted shocking prices, and was given 2-3 week waiting times! Thanks for fitting me in last minute and getting my car back on the road Jamie!
