Arrived with my boys bike at the Bolton store for a service. I was a bit peeved because I was left waiting beyond my pre booked time due to a walk in customer mithering about some nonsense. I just wanted recognition that I had arrived. Anyway, Mark had my bike on the stand in no time at all and had the bike functioning to perfection in about 2 minutes flat. I was well hapoy with that. I thought I'd have to leave the bike for a few hours.
