Phoned this morning for oil change and new oil filter and diesel filter change. I was quoted price and I arranged to bring the car in the following day. I received phone call 2hrs later to say price is incorrect and it should have been an extra £110. I fully understand mistakes are made but a national chain can't give correct quote from outset is really poor. The conversation should have been, we've made a mistake however we will honour our price that we quoted.

Went in for a free health check, told it would take an hour and they'd ring when ready. 2 hours later, no phone call but car sat on the forecourt. Told car had multiple serious faults which would cost in excess of £750. Took it to two other mechanics who failed to find any faults at all and car sailed through MOT by a different mechanic the week later. Avoid.
