Terrible and a scam. Went in with a ring 22ct ring that got crushed asking if they could help in any way. They said no, will need to melt down likely and add metal as "too flimsy". Sent off, took two weeks, came back and said cant add any metal to it as came up 20ct and is "odd". They would probably have tried to charge me north of £600 to "fix" it this way anyway I bet. Bought a ring stretcher and a ring fix/rubber mallet online for around £25. Fixed the ring MYSELF. This place is a shambles and not interested in customer service, but customer ROBBERY.

Since moving to Titchfield 20 years ago I discovered Hallmark Jewellers. I am always greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. I have promoted them on here and recommend them to all my clients, family and friends. They sell stunningly beautiful jewellery and you can always find what you are looking for to suit your budget. I lost my mum to Covid almost two years ago and I’ve only just been brave enough to sort out her jewellery. I know everyone at Hallmark and each person treated me with great care, kindness and empathy. Mark helped to redesign one of my mums charms into a beautiful necklace and thanked me for spending £240 on it. I was treated like I had spent £2 million. This is the beauty of traditional family run shops. You may get cheaper on the internet but you will get cheaper on the internet and no customer appreciation. Andrea suggested a change of a bracelet which has worked out really well too. Thank you all for making a difficult job a lot easier for me. You will always be one of my favourite places to shop. 🙏💚 #shoplocal

A hidden gem. We’d just visited family and had a short strut around Titchfield and were wanting a ‘snack lunch’. Hadn’t visited since Lockdown and the ‘name change / new establishment’. Clearly, moneys invested. Sweet shady garden with water feature. Interesting menu, good food. Note to self … go back again for wine 🍷😂😂.
