Have been trying to get them to answer messages regarding a wedding ring I bought a couple of years ago that snapped and no response… Don’t expect your purchase to last a lifetime…. I do recall that at the time we bought our wedding rings a gentleman working there, I belive was either owner or manager made a snide comment about a ring I brought it to get resized as it was from Gems TV, well everyone of them are still in the correct condition not like MY WEDDING RING we bought of you!!

We recently bought our wedding bands from Hallmark Jewellery. We were happy with the price we were quoted for the rings which was competitive. The ladies behind the counter were really friendly and gave us their honest opinions, which helped choosing our rings much simpler. The Manager Ian also went out of his way to make sure that we got our rings on time and that they fitted correctly. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
