Very poor. I travelled from north Derbyshire on the morning of the appointment and whilst on the train I was called asking to cancel. As I was already in transit someone else was found to cover my appointment. The whole thing was a waste of time - I expected to have an expert consultation but it was an explanation of a facelift process and request for a consultation fee to see the surgeon. I asked if the procedure could be done under local anaesthetic and your staff member said she would ask the surgeon and get back to me. I’ve heard nothing and this was 3 weeks ago so I would like my deposit returned

I put my details in to enquire about a consultation. Within the first day where I am travelling I recieved 6 missed calls! (This feels like harassment!) I ended up texting and mentioning “I will call back once I know I’m free” otherwise the call will be pointless to arrange a consultation. Despite me mentioning this, the next day I receive text and call and it’s not even 10am yet! This is too much. Please fix this issue. I’ve never had this much contact from a company and it feels like harassment where I mentioned to them: until I know when to set an appointment up I will be happy to call. Thus, I will not be going further as I would like to to simply have contacted when I simply know myself (happy to be contacted but not 6missed calls and 3 text messages within 1 working day). Surely no one should feel this harassed before even having a consultation!

I went in for my pre op to have blood tests and checks done and was blown away. My nurse was Iona who managed to take a few tubes of blood from me with one attempt and no discomfort at all. Having always had severe difficulty having blood tests I was overjoyed that Iona was so successful with my tricky veins! I know Iona is looking after me after my surgery and I am thrilled to know that I will be in her safe hands when I’m out of theatre. Thank you so much, see you in a few weeks! Regards, Martha Black
