They are usually really good however if you’re planning to catch a train, make your booking for at least 30mins before you are meant to be at the station, SPECIALLY if you’re booking for a weekday, otherwise you’ll be waiting ages and miss your train - which happened to me today after specifically asking the lady on the phone if the taxis were available as I needed to catch a train at said time - Called to follow up and after 5 more mins waiting I realised this lady had cancelled my booking after I told her I was gonna keep waiting. It’s a joke. So yes, book WAY in advance so you can be for certain that you’ll catch your train on time.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT USE. Unreliable and shockingly poor service. They left my girlfriend stranded at Luton airport at 2.30am and refused to help her after she had pre-booked a taxi a week ago. She pre-booked a return trip last week using their App, the outbound journey to the airport was fine. On the return, she called them the previous day to confirm the booking, and was told everything was fine, and to call once she had cleared baggage collection. At 2.30am she called them as requested, and was told that her booking had been cancelled off their system and that no driver was available. She explained she was alone at the airport and she had pre booked for that reason, safety. The operator hung up the phone and then refused to answer when she called back, leaving her distressed and in tears. Just shocking that any company can behave like this. Please find another taxi firm, do not use.

Booked a couple of days in advance for an early morning trip, price quoted was £35.50. Their site wasn't accepting credit card payments at the time, so I opted to pay cash on the day. On the day the price had risen to £48, with no notice of the rise until I got in the car (when it was too late to book with someone else).

Unprofessional liars who leave primary school children stranded for an hour + due to being 'busy'. This is with taxis ordered days ahead of time. Ive had no shows while standing in the street outside our address and had the call handler then tell me the driver was there for 10 minutes waiting... we stood in the street for 30 mins. Some unmarked cars also. Utterly terrible and unsafe taxi company. EDIT: In reply to the owner. Lies. There were Zero cars on the road on the first incident. Other occasions your drivers have been upwards of an hour late, leaving my children on benches waiting in school to be picked up. Less than one month of use with your company and 6 hours + of our wasted time. Prior taxi firm we used for 3+ years daily for school runs were late a handful of times by 10 mins. Your company in 3 weeks 6 hours of late ness and one no-show. Stop overbooking for your profits and you might get better feedback.
