Purchased a rear paddock stand here. Very lightweight, robust and looks good. Built with a single tube bent to shape, which means the alignment of the bobbin hooks is perfect compared to the self-assembly two-piece stands, which can be out of level sometimes. Excellent and helpful customer service. Will return to purchase a front stand soon! Thank you Mark.

I was looking for a new rear hugger for my 18 year old VFR 800 FI which had a cracked plastic hugger from another well known UK manufacturer fitted. The previous reviews for Harris were in the main historic and any complaints revolved around the length of time it took to receive the goods. As I was in no hurry and after a bit of research I took the plunge and ordered the Carbon Fibre version of the hugger. I am so glad I did! I think the plastic one ( Not from Harris) originally on the bike still retails for around £105, it was held on with two Allen screws and a cable tie as per manufacturers instructions and moved about a lot, tried three times to fix but couldn't. My new Harris Performance hugger cost around £40 more but....is a solid piece of kit, is made from carbon fibre, is held on by four allen screws, two OEM trim clips and is also attached to the top shock mount and there is not a cable tie in sight! I did have cause to email the guys regarding an expected delivery date. I was contacted next day by mark, he first tried by phone but as I was at work I was unable to answer so he left a voicemail asking me to call him back. He emailed to confirm he had called and when I did get the chance to call the phone was answered almost immediately, my query answered and I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. As stated above the hugger is a lovely bit of kit, the plastic version that they sell is a little cheaper. If the plastic version is anything like mine it will also be solid and secure. My hugger arrived quickly and the staff? I could not fault them. Thanks guys, one very happy customer.

Appalling attitude to customers. Ordered a part, was told it would take 3 weeks to make and was still being fobbed off 8 weeks later. Took a refund in the end, because the guy I dealt with, Mark (the ONLY good thing) ‘couldn’t get an answer either way from the workshop’.
