Good luck to anyone who is trying to get in touch with anyone who is inside of the locked gates. There was 0 level of customer service on more than 1 occasion here. I was asking to talk to someone about wellness packages for staff. 2 out of 3 times I've been here in person I've been turn away and told I must have an appointment but as I explained to the lady on the desk, I've tried that by phone and email and no response. I understand they may not be interested but at least pick up the phone or respond to the email. 1 of the times I went, I was let in the gate in my car and gave away some goodie bags which they happily took. All I am trying to do, considering they have many staff members, is offer discounted gym membership as I run a local gym. Why would you just ignore this. I also notice the many 1* reviews about staffing quality. Now I would usually expect a response to this review but given my experience I am doubtful that will happen. An explanation would be good?

Terrible place to work at, thought we would give this a go although had been warned. They use you and dispose of you when they please, absolutely no respect for employees. If you want your mental health to get worse, this is the place to be.
