Lewis came to do a boiler check for the landlord as he did not have a certificate and was well out of date Lewis was very late and he was not granted access due to the tenant having medical issues would need support if a stranger was to enter their property this was explained to Lewis the second time he came round to do the boiler check however the landlord who booked the appointment also ask Lewis to lie and give a false statement for the courts on behalf of the landlord As the landlord wanted to evict the tenant but could not do it legally so was paying people to make false statements I would suggest in future you stick to plumbing instead of getting involved in people's civil cases the extra money maybe nice but you lied and you could have put a severely ill person on the streets with your false statement

Went through checkatrade and Hartleys called back. Organised a boiler service and for the gas fire to be capped. No issues apart from saying that due to it being the boilers first service there wasn't a lot he could do. Whilst at my address showed him my bathroom that had been installed appallingly and he organised to come last Sunday morning with a friend first thing. Emptied bathroom and waited but no show and no answer to message. Rung Lewis the following morning and made out that he didn't know anything and would get his colleague to call that night. Again no show, clearly just a blatant lie as when he had been on the phone to his colleague heard him say that he would pick them up and had said to me that they would call round first then go and get materials. Again I am highly disappointed. Don't say if you don't intend to. Hence why only 3 stars.
