Not only is Ella professional and knowledgeable of the products and services that she offers, but you can tell that she also has a real passion for what she does. She goes above and beyond for her clients in anyway she can. I’ve recently purchased some Alumier skin care products which Ella had advised on. She took the time to select the products best suited to me based not only on my skin type and requirements but also considering the fact that she knows I’m not one for complicated skin care routines or for having anything to heavy or intense on my skin. Not only did she help in selecting and advising on the products required, she then followed it up with a video call (whilst in lockdown),once the products had arrived, in order to go through each product and how to use them in order to get the best out of them and also to ensure I was getting the most for my money. Although taking time out of Ella’s evening, this consultation was all free of charge! I would highly recommend Harvey’s Skin and Beauty to all of my friends and family for any of their skin care and permanent make up needs.

I have had the LVL treatment with with Ella in Battersea a few times now and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. Ella is so lovely and professional and I am always beyond happy with the results of my lashes. Ella also gave me really good advice on the aftercare of my lashes and I found they remained healthy and lifted for a long time after the treatment as a result. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family :)
