Shocking service have to chase up every year for service. Customer service non existent should have realised when they failed to solder one of the fittings when installing flooding downstairs still you live and learn. Can only hope people don't make same mistake we did. Look elsewhere.

Agree with previous review. I've had 5 Annual service appointments cancelled since October with silly excuses as to why they cancelled. I suspect they are concentrating on new installations and are not bothered about existing customers .
