  Haydown kitchens started to install my new kitchen in late March 2022 after mistake after mistake it was finished in October 2022 first job was to lay under floor heating their men said no problem they could do it. After it was laid, my floor man came to put a resin proxy floor down, the floor was wrong so they put another layer of latex, still no good they had not done the underfloor heating correctly, the floor had to be ripped up cost £1100 then I had to have Rayotec fit another floor the cost to me £2700 . When they started to fit kitchen lots of parts missing had to wait till some parts turned up but not all of them. One cupboard Chris measured 3 times and still got it wrong They had to build the cool larder twice be cause it was not level Now the big one I had a central island fitted with a special top which included a invisible induction hob it was made very clear from the outset that there would not be any templates the company only worked off of architect drawings so Chris gave the measurements to the company making the island top, before making the top they sent back the drawings for Chris to sign off which he did, they came to fit it and found out the measurements given to them by Haydown was incorrect therefore it had to be made again another 12 weeks wait and a cost of £6500 Chris said it was not his fault said they should have done templates and said he did not think he should be liable for the cost. There was a lot of other problems too many to list When i paid the final bill I stopped £2500 towards the £6500 cost of new hob. Now one of the motors that open one cupboard has gone wrong and they refuse to sort it out because they say I did not pay all of the final invoice. I could go on and on but you get the picture so a kitchen supposed to take 4 weeks took 7.5 months to finish try living in a house with no kitchen for this period of time. I gave 2 stars because the finished kitchen looks great.

They communicated professionally and timely, keeping us informed about the progress of the order/build in Germany.   Wonderful company. Lis, Chris and Dominic could not have been more helpful in planning and supplying my kitchen. Listened to my ideas and then produced a design that exceeded my expectations. The support that they gave me throughout the process was above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected. Although I had numerous problems with an independent fitter that I had employed to install the kitchen Lis, Chris and Dominic were always there to help me resolve the problems that I encountered. I really wish that I had used Haydown to install the kitchen for me. I would have no problem recommending Haydown to anybody looking for a well designed and high quality kitchen. It is great to know that there are still companies who really concentrate on providing such a high level of customer care!

  We have just had a great new boot room put in by Haydown Kitchens and are thrilled with the finished room. The quality of material used is noticeably good and the fitter was excellent, extremely calm and obliging every time I changed my mind and asked for extra shelves etc. But best of all, joy of joys, the attention to detail and the level of service was first class from all members of staff that we had dealings with. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. (I am not a friend or a relative 🤣😂, this is a genuine review.)

  We are absolutely in love with our kitchen cabinets from Haydown Kitchens. They exceeded our expectations in every way — quality, aesthetic, design and value for money. Also the design process itself was great, helped massively by 3D renders/drawings that could be tweaked and reviewed throughout the process. Highly recommend this business!
