Really lovely house at 19 Lower Green Road, with a great kitchen and big table , in the very pretty village of St Helens - plenty big enough for our party of 8 adults and a small dog! Fab beach with a beach cafe and toilets less than 10 minutes walk away which was great for a daily pre-brunch walk and dip in the sea plus a good , busy pub just across the common which had live music on the evening we popped over. We enjoyed our morning cuppa on the small but great sun trap of a decking area too. Annabel booked all our ferry crossings at a great price and was really helpful when we had an issue with hot water and sent a plumber straight away even though it was Good Friday! We did a local National Trust walk, visited The Needles ( chair lift to Alum Bay and a speed boat trip around The Needles was great!) as well as Osborne House, Ryde (for fish and chips on the beach) Yarmouth for ice cream on the pier watching the ferries, and Shanklin and Cowes, plus a local vineyard that sells blue fizz! We have had several family long weekends away over the years but my family said it was the nicest house we’d stayed in so far!

Just spent a fantastic week in the Port Chatham house in Bembridge – there were 10 of us including young grandchildren and their cousins. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and general facilities it was absolutely ideal for a family holiday. The outside space and garden was a bonus with the pleasant weather – and a useful area for games and activities with the children. We had days out in the local area – and plenty of time on the beaches, rock pooling and crabbing. The customer service provided by Annabel and HB Lettings was superb throughout – including recovering my rucksack accidently left in the house (after ensuring everyone else had their kit, I forgot my own) and getting it to the Hovercraft for me. To find a house so ideal, topped off with the best lettings customer service we have experienced is a rare find – and highly recommended

I have just returned from a most wonderful holiday with my family at Edith Cottage. The position on a quiet road leading to the harbour could not have been better. A beautiful garden and deck area (for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks) we had beautiful weather! The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable including the all important beds. It is not too 'precious" so very relaxing for families with little children. I did not want to leave. My days started with a short walk up to the village green in the sunshine with my happy dog to buy croissants at the local shop. I highly recommend this place for a family holiday.

Annabel has be looking after 19 Lower Green Road in St Helens for the past 4 years and she is amazing! Nothing is to much trouble, any problems or queries are solved quickly and efficiently. We stay at 19 LGR every month or so, it really is a lovely spacious house, 5 minutes walk down to the sea and HBHolidayslettings make it a pleasure every time. Thank you.

The week we stayed at Seapoint beach house was wild, very windy and it probably rained very hard every day… However, we still had such a beautiful and peaceful stay. We had had to change our weeks holiday due to us both being quite ill with Covid… Annabel (HB Holiday Lettings) rearranged all the changes for us and was efficient, easy to communicate with and very kind. We loved the location.. The beach seemed fairly remote with our own private path leading directly onto the beach. It was a lovely safe pebbly beach for our dogs, Sooty and Sweep who also really enjoyed their holiday. The cottage was perfect and well equipped ( although the bath and bathroom was quite small…but fine for us). There were beach views from the main bedroom and all the rooms at the front. We had a magical and peaceful time and will definitely be back. Maybe without the torrential rains!
